What's to know that you can't fathom from my blog? I am a Jesus math freak, and I enjoy programming and reading. I visit the library way too often, averaging at least once a day, yet it takes me months to get through a nontrivial book-- here I speak only of nonfiction: I buy and consume fiction in more copious amounts.
I believe you can tell a lot about a bibliophile by their choice of books, even if I can't specify exactly what that information is. My favorite works of fiction are The Sun Sword (the series by Michelle West), The Song of Ice and Fire (the series by George R.R. Martin), Night's Dawn (the series by Peter Hamilton), and the Malazan Book of the Fallen (the series by Steven Erickson). My favorite nonfiction books are The Geometry of Spacetime by Callahan, Partial Differential Equations by Evans, Probability Theory by Stroock, and The Geometry of Physics by Frankel.
